E-mealz I Think I Luv U!!

Due to an overwhelming amount of requests (not that I have been talking about this nonstop a lot), I will post about my experience with E-mealz.  I first heard about them on Facebook, when a couple of my friends were talking about them.  I went to the web site and downloaded a "sample menu" to see what all the fuss was about.

At the time that I first checked them out, I was working overtime almost every day, and my car was in the shop (some of you may remember me whining incessantly about this during the months of August and September), and the concept seemed like something that I could use at the time.  I told my husband about it and he was "less than enthusiastic".  Keep in mind that my car was in the shop, and we were facing a $2,500.00 repair bill...so, spending money was the last thing he wanted me to talk about, at the time!  So, I waited a little while, then went back to the site and signed up about mid-October!  When I told him that I had signed up, he rolled his eyes, as if to say, "One more way to throw money away!"

HA!!!  He loves the fact that I can go to the grocery store with a meal plan and shopping list in hand, and give him an estimate of how much money I will be spending.  He also loves that there is something planned for dinner each night, that I can come in from work and have a meal on the table within an hour.  No trying to decide what fast food to order tonight.  No wondering whether we have all of the ingredients to make something.  No "same old fast food".  And, he lost 3 lbs. last week, because we are eating healthier, and having a huge variety of food!  And, did I mention that we are saving money on our grocery bill? We are loving E-mealz!

I recommend that you go over there, and check them out!

We have not had any meal that we did not like.  There are some meals that we do not use due to food allergies at our house, but we just replace those with some of our old family favorites.  Hope you enjoy this link, and I know that there are many web-sites out there that have some of the same pricing and planning services.  This one is the one that works for us!  Hope it works for you, too!

Sounds like an excellent web site. We rarely eat out, and my husband always cooks. I need to show him this website because he loves to shop for the food and this would be fun to do.

Kate, we have had fun fixing the meals, and trying new things! The recipes are really good, and there is such a variety! We love it!
